Free Cancellation – Within 48 Hours of Booking
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of making your booking, and your check-in date is at least 7 days away.

Partial Refund – More than 14 Days Before Arrival
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Note: The refunded amount will be reduced by standard external transaction fees (approx. 5%).

Refunds typically take around 7 business days to process.

No Refund – Within 7 Days of Arrival
Cancellations made within 7 days or later of the scheduled check-in are non-refundable.

However, we offer some flexibility:

You may reschedule your stay once (subject to availability).

If you shorten your stay, unused nights can be applied to a future reservation.
